Otto's commandeered a lovely abandoned riverside warehouse in Songerein to work and live in. It's the most secluded warehouse of the bunch and is surrounded by signs to deter trespassers.

However, that does not mean Otto's free of their control. A type of dream spirit infiltrated Otto's dream self to mimic the AI and continue feeding his insanity. This also means a replacement inhibitor chip won't free him. The spirits can hypothetically be cast out, but we'll see where it goes.
