Residence / Workshop | Songerein

Otto's commandeered a lovely abandoned riverside warehouse in Songerein to work and live in. It's the most secluded warehouse of the bunch and is surrounded by signs to deter trespassers.

IMPORTANT NOTE about the tentacles: Due to the nature of Songerein's mechanics, the original AI which powered these limbs was not carried over into the game. However, that does not mean Otto's free of their control. A type of dream spirit infiltrated Otto's dream self to mimic the AI and continue feeding his insanity. This also means a replacement inhibitor chip won't free him. The spirits can hypothetically be cast out, but we'll see where it goes.

☾ PERSONALITY ATTITUDE: Short-tempered, violent, shows a mean sadistic streak and very little empathy towards other human beings. Does not admit to mistakes, does not apologize, will fling something heavy at you if a situation is not to his liking
QUIRKS: Tends to speak to his artificial limbs, which is hilarious because their voices are only heard inside his head so he probably looks far more insane than he actually is
LIKES: Science, books, cigars
DISLIKES: Heroes, people who tell him what to do, people who get in his way, people who call him out on his bullshit
HOBBIES: He's a dedicated supervillain- I mean scientist, he has no time for hobbies
IN-DEPTH: See his application
BLURB: Violent sourpuss puppeteered by tentacles.

☾ ABILITIES
WEAPONS: Mechanical tentacle arms: Four of them, attached directly to his spine. Extremely durable, impervious to magnetism, impervious to heat, superhuman strength, able to grow to 24 feet in length. Each equipped with a jaw that can snap and dig into surfaces, allowing Otto to climb up vertical surfaces. Jaws may or may not also have awls and other tools built in.
INVENTORY: Separate post here
SKILLS: Genius intellect, tech savvy

DREAM FORM: His usual self, mechanical limbs and all
DREAMOTION: None yet
